Well here we are at the start of another year. Let’sstart with introductions. My name is Marilyn Coleman and I am the new secretaryat the Custer Elementary School. Now don’t worry about Mrs. McAbee, she’s beenpromoted to the big house or Superintendence Office. Mrs. McAbee will behandling all new student enrollments and student transfers. We also have a newfourth grade teacher. Her name is Mrs. Kappel. Mrs. Kappel is also the headcoach of the freshman volleyball team. The students and staff stay pretty busyat school, but if you are ever interested in coming for a visit just stop bythe office and check in first. Please keep in mind if you would like to visitwith your child’s teacher, try to give your child’s teacher a heads up call. Iknow the teachers enjoy having parents involved in students learning so I’msure they would enjoy showing you some of the class room material they’ve beenstudying. We are looking forward to a great year, and hope our students have agreat year also! If you ever have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate tocall. We are here to serve our students and in return watch our students grow!
