Cheyenne Mack is the March Optimist student of the month.

She was nominated by Mr. Ryan Hogue.  Mr. Hogue says “Cheyenne has done an excellent job in the High School office helping with everyday Activity Director duties and office filing/paperwork.  Her ability to learn new duties on a daily basis and willing to work with other TA’s make her a valuable resource in the HS office.”  

 

These students have been selected as the March Students of the Month --- Responsibility.

8th  thru 11th graders: HS Cheerleading tryouts March 18th in the HS Gym. Practice will be March 15th & 16th & 17th in the HS Gym from 6pm-8pm. Sign up in the HS Office.

 

Seniors!  If you have not turned in your three vertical pictures to Mrs. Phillips or Michaela Hilkemeier, you need to do so by March 31st!  If this deadline cannot be met, please make arrangements with Mrs. Phillips prior to this date.

 

Juniors and Seniors:  If you plan to attend the After-Prom Party at the Armory, you need to turn in your form and money ASAP.  The cost of the party is $6 per person and $12 per couple.  Forms and money can be turned in to Mr. Scott at school or mailed to Mr. and Mrs. Scott at the address on the form.  Thank you.

 

NHS is still collecting items to send in goody boxes to our troops.  They will also gladly accept money to help pay for postage.  Please bring your items by Friday, Feb. 26, to Mrs. Schwisow.  Thank you for your support.

 

YOADA MEMBERS – March 15th at 6:00 pm may be the last meeting for YOADA.  We will meet in the Life Skills room in the middle school to make posters and discuss the future of YOADA.

 

Students there are yearbook order forms in Mrs. Phillips’ room, in the high school office and the middle school office. 

 

If you would like to order a yearbook with your name engraved on the cover, you must do so by March 30.  The cost is $42.  A non-engraved yearbook is $40 and must be ordered by the last day of school.  A yearbook order form was included in the last school newsletter.  If you don’t have the order form, it is no problem.  See Mrs. Phillips before or after school with your money.

TODAY’S LUNCH MENU:   toasted cheese sandwich with tomato soup     hamburger or cheeseburger            steamed broccoli

  Cruisin’ Cafe´.

 Every Monday, Friday a sub sandwich will be offered, every Wednesday a Healthy Choice 7 Grain deli sandwich will be offered, and every Tuesday, Thursday an entrée salad will be offered.  Every other Friday Pizza Hut Pizza will be offered.
